Boring and dull leave makes Bad happy
I am writing this on my last day of leave for 2014. It was a relatively quiet and nowhere to go leave actually.
Money is....well, neither here nor there. Moreover, my 12-year old teenager has turned into a recluse, declining offers to go out once in a while.
But last week, we went back to Muar for satay, Kopi 434 and reminiscing the good old days before shooting off to Segamat to send off Shahrul Aiman. In a few days, he will be home for Christmas, so to speak.
A sober journey and we reached home at 8.30pm and had tinned food for dinner.
Shahrul also turned out to be a recluse. Locking himself in the room and facing the laptop, siang malam.
The eldest is working. So does Norlida. So, it is makan tiduq makan tiduq as always.
Tomorrow is back to work. A chance to meet friends who are leaving the company for good.
